1. Purpose
BAASIL exists to help everyday Australians get and keep meaningful employment. This policy sets out the behaviour we expect from everyone using BAASIL so it stays a safe, honest and supportive place.
2. What is not allowed
- No abuse. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against Employment Coaches, Mentors, employers or other companions.
- No illegal activity. Do not use BAASIL for anything that breaks Australian law.
- No impersonation. Do not create accounts pretending to be someone else, and do not claim qualifications, licences or work history that are not yours.
- No fake resumes. The resumes and applications you submit must be truthful.
- No spam. Do not use BAASIL to send unsolicited messages to Coaches, employers or other users.
- No malicious uploads. Do not upload viruses, malware or files designed to disrupt BAASIL or other users' devices.
- No misuse of another companion's data. Employment Coaches must only access companion information for genuine employment support.
3. Suspension and removal
Accounts that break these rules may be warned, restricted or permanently removed. Where the conduct is serious we may also report it to the relevant authorities.
4. Reporting misuse
If you notice behaviour that breaks this policy, contact BAASIL support through the Help section of your account. We take every report seriously.
